like something you can make at home to put on your skin? recipes?

Equal parts of baking soda (bicarb soda) and water.Rub on area for a while and rinse.That removes the blackheads.


There after apply lemon juice (pref fresh squeezed) on the area to tighten the pores that the blackheads came from therefore preventing them from coming back.





Its not a quick fix and not all blackheads come out the first time round but with continued use they will.Anyone know anything good for blackheads and closing pores?
I'm not sure of anything you can make yourself, but I went to my GP about my skin - blackheads and the occasional spots - as I had tried everything you can buy to get rid of them.





My GP prescribed an antibiotic gel for me to apply twice a day, and within a matter of days my skin was clear of everything! It's the first time in years I have had completely clear skin and it makes a huge difference! I would defiantly recommend it.
Good old steaming and extracting.





You need to buy an extractor from either ebay, amazon etc.





Steam your skin then using the extractor remove blackheads that are loose enough. If they don't come out don't force them. Then splash your face with cold water as this closes pores.





You could also try using a facial brush which removes dead skin.
I don't know about things you can use at home but I use those nose strips and then an astringent right after to close the pores once they're removed. Then I use a blackhead scrub in the shower everyday it's a bit rough but it helps bring them up.
