i bought me a black head remover from walmart. proactiv has actually helped. (i dont look ';perfect'; but my skin is smoother.

Best you can do is wash your face daily with facial cleanser, and use a oil free moisturizer and sunblock. Take vitamins, drink water and stay healthy and your skin will be healthy too.
go to the store and buy the biore blackhead strips. You just stick them on ur nose, wait a little while and just rip if off and out comes blackheads and all. Thats the best I have ever found.
