No it doesn't. Big pores are genetic. Squeeze them, you need to get the dirt out, otherwise it will not go away. Just make sure you protect your fingers with little plastic finger domes or kleenex. Steam your face for 10 minutes with hot water, then squeeze away, just be gentle. After apply a mask and a moisturizer and continue to do this weekly. you will notice a difference.
