you could do either, but i'd recommend steaming your face [holding a hot wash cloth against your skin] in order to open your pores so more of the blackheads are removed with the strips.Should i use ponds pore strips (for blackheads on my nose) before or after i shower?
Wash you face in the shower with a scrub (it'll get dead skin out of the way) then apply the strip when coming out. The pored are open, allowing more dirt and grime to come out. Rinse with cold water when taking it off to get rid of gkuish residue from the strip, and to seal pores. Have fun!
After you shower because you want to start on a clean and fresh surface. Also because they stick better when your nose is slightly wet. I've used them before they really work. Hope i helped.
After because the hot water from the shower will open up your pores and make it easier to remove the black heads.
I would say before since the strip can leave a little residue on your face, but make sure you wash your face before you use it.
After so the steam will open up your pores
