the black heads u c is only the oxidation of the excess oil. its not dirt. what u can do is 3 steps:

1- cleansing: use a daily oil free liquid gel cleanser for oily skin. suggest: Avene gentle cleanser and Sebium Gel Moussant.

2- use a gentle exfoliant once or twice a week especially on the T-zone. forehead and nose..and if u have any on your chin. suggest Sebium Exfoliant Gel.

3-use a daily hydrationg cream for oily skin, it's called usually Anti-shine cream,, it will reduce alot the excess of sebium or the oil which will cause black heads.

4- if u use make up let it be an oil-free foundation or if u use a sunscreen let it be an oil-free fluid one, not a cream. and make sure to remove them well using a gel make up remover and don't forget the most important: the Toner.

hope these steps will be useful ;) u'll find the difference from the 2nd week.
The dirt in your pores are blackheads because only blackheads can stay inside your pores for a very long time. I would recommend Neutrogena Blackhead Eliminating Daily Scrub. First, you鈥檒l feel a tinggling sensation as the salicylic acid penetrates deep to eliminate blackheads by removing stubborn dirt and oil trapped inside the pores. Use the scrub daily with Blackhead Eliminating Astringent.
I am afraid sweety that they are blackheads...and well...all i can recommend is to scrub, wash, cleance, tone and moisturise (in that order) every morning with a skin care range which suits your skin type. Also take your make up off at night with a face or baby wipe. And DO NOT touch your face. I used to have a bad habit of touching my face but i have finally forced myself out of it as it puts ALOT of dirt and bacteria on your face. Also i sleep with a fabric head band holding my hair off my face to avoid the dirt collected in my hair over the day being smeared all over my face in my sleep.
Boil a large pot of water on the stove in your kitchen. When it's at a rigorous boil, put a towel over your head and stand a little less than a foot over the water and let the steam hit your face (use the towel to make somewhat of a 'tent' over your head) and do this for 5-10 minutes. Make sure that you don't stand too close to the water. This steaming method will cleanse your skin and open your pores. You can use a face mask to lift the dirt out or use a sugar scrub. And just make sure you wash your face really well.
mary kay has a microdermabrasion set that minimizes pores and a blemish control toner that is great for cleaning pores and preventing breakouts...you should wash twice a day though with a facial cleanser not just soap....i really like mary kay's normal to dry time wise cleanser with the microdermabrasion
those would be blackheads hun and using a facial scrub or clay mask helps a lot...just don't use them too often or your face will start drying out or get irritated. good luck.
I have had those my whole life. I use Apricot scrub from St. Ives and I scrub for about 1 min hard only on my nose in the shower. Make sure you soak it with hot/warm water before scrubbing to open the pores. Then after the shower, I use Neutragena Astringent to wipe out the dirt I missed. I do this everyday, and the black dots have decreased dramatically. Hope this helps you.
i have these things too, for longer than 6 years.....washing everyday with plain soap and water does seem to help a bit but it doesn't really take them away.......
Try an Appricot face scrub by St. Ives. After a few scrubs you should see a difference.
