it cleans ur face and deep cleans ur pores and pulls the blackheads and pimples out and dries them outHow does facewash get rid of blackheads/clogged pores?
Steam your face once a week for 3 to 4 minutes to open up the pores. Use a home made face scrub using the white of an egg and a little salt.More cheap and natural remedies for black and white heads at the link below.
A cleanser is to remove dirt and make-up from your face, it will not remove black-heads at all, you need a good exfoliator and use that twice a week, you should notice a difference.
many treatments instruct you to use warm water to dampen the area to be cleaned; this causes a physiological reaction in the skin to regulate temperature - opening the pores, the cleansers use chemicals which are designed to breakdown large lipid molecules and bind to them. rinsing allows the surfactants to carry the lipids into a suspension and away from the skin.
some help to prevent new ones 4rm coming and some make it seem like its not working but it is cause it need to take all the acne out so it migth look like its making it worst but its not

Because by keeping it clean you get read of the blackhead and pimples, which comes for oil and other things.
well, really all face wash does is help sloph off the top layer of skin, dead skin cells, and get rid of a little bacteria. what I'd suggest to get rid of blackheads is to moisten a cotton ball with rubbing alcohol and rub it on your face 1-2 times a day and not more than 3. Also make sure that you moisturize your face afterwards (some kind of non-greasy formula) so that it doesn't get dried out. The alcohol kills bacteria which cause pimples and helps clean out your pores. I found this out recently and I only wish I'd known it a few years ago when my acne was at its worst.
Do you use a moisturiser after you cleanse and do you use a non abrrasive facial exfoliant twice a week?

If not then this may be why. You need to double cleanse (cleanse twice) then remove the cleanser with luke warm water and clean facial sponges or face washer, apply a lotion ( a non alcoholic toner) and then apply a day cream to your skin.

If you squeeze your comedones (blackheads) you should be covering your finger tips with tissues so that you do not put bacteria onto your skin. If nothing comes out DO NOT continue squeezing as it is not ready and you will burst capillaries in your skin.

For best results you can purchase a mud mask or a mask which dries solid- these act as drawing agents and will draw the bacteria, commedones etc out of your skin but your skin will feel tight afterwards so apply your lotion and moisturiser immediately after removing the mask.

If you do this routine twice a day and use an exfoliant twice a week and a mask once a week you will begin to see clear follicles in about 1-2 weeks.

To prevent further breakouts, comedomes etc try not to touch your face and skin as this spreads oil and bacteria and will clogg pores.

I hope I have helped you, sorry for such a long answer
Oh yeah that's a delicious blackhead description. :)

It depends on the facewash, but there are two main things that help in the process besides the obvious, soap.

First is exfoliation. It gets rid of dead skin that clogs pores and loosens the deep down dirt and oil that turns into blackheads. And second is medication. It treats the exsisting problem with special scientist formulated magical ways. ;)

But nothing is going to help if you don't wash your face morning AND night. No matter what face wash you use, it makes a major improvement. (I use clean%26amp;clear too but it doesn't work instantly! Don't run out of patience, keep up your routine and you'll start to see results.)

Good luck!
